Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a link to register your return and confirm any associated costs.

Please ensure you provide a valid reason and, if applicable, supporting photos or documentation.

After your return item is received, our inspection team will review it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will then be notified via email about the outcome.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a VORTESA error (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged item).

Once you request a return, we’ll email you the estimated return shipping cost for approval. After your confirmation, the return process will begin, and the cost will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.

Please note:

  • Delays due to customs or transit issues are beyond our control and are not valid reasons for a refund.
  • For bundle or set purchases, all included items must be returned together.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days (less any applicable return shipping fees).
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different variant, size, or color, please contact us at support@vortesa.com.

Once approved, we’ll send you an invoice for any price difference or return shipping cost (if applicable).

After we receive and inspect the original item, you’ll receive store credit via email, which you can use to place a new order for your desired product.

Return Denial Policy

VORTESA reserves the right to reject returns that:

  • Do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
  • Show signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Are sent without prior approval or to an unauthorized return address
  • Are submitted outside the eligible return window

Returns that do not comply with these terms will not be accepted or refunded.
