If any part of your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim.
Include the following details in your message:

• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
• Photo of the packing slip (for missing item claims)

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
We take great care to package every order securely so your items arrive in perfect condition.
If the outer packaging is damaged during transit but the product inside remains fully functional, it will not qualify for a replacement or refund.

If your tracking information shows your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Once you’ve filed a claim, provide us with proof of loss or confirmation from the carrier.
Please note that claims for packages marked as “Delivered” are only accepted within 7 days of the stated delivery date.
Need to make changes to your order?
You can modify details such as your shipping address, product selection, or quantity within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your order may already be in processing or transit, and we may no longer be able to make adjustments.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this period, the order may already be shipped and cancellation will no longer be possible.
